WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Digital Media Manager at Maude Labs, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients' social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. You will work closely with the marketing team to increase engagement, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to the client’s website or digital platforms. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals, objectives, and target audience.

  2. Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics that reflect the brand’s voice and engage audiences.

  3. Manage daily content publishing schedules, ensuring consistency across platforms.

  4. Monitor social media trends, news, and changes in algorithms to ensure the brand’s content remains relevant and competitive.

  5. Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  6. Collaborate with influencers, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality, impactful content.

  7. Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

  8. Prepare regular reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

  3. Proven experience managing social media accounts, with a strong portfolio showcasing content and campaign results.

  4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and trends.

  5. Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.

  6. Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Ortto, Wix).

  7. Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

  8. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions to engage audiences.

  9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Senior Account Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Senior Account Manager at Maude Labs is responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and top-tier strategic marketing solutions. This role involves managing client portfolios, understanding their business objectives, and guiding them through Maude Labs’ range of services including digital marketing, branding, and event management. The Senior Account Manager will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction, expanding business opportunities, and maintaining strong, lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication and meetings to understand their business needs and objectives.

    • Develop and implement strategies to ensure clients’ marketing and branding goals are met, exceeding expectations.

    • Lead client meetings and presentations, ensuring clear communication of Maude Labs’ value proposition and services.

  2. Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, event management) to deliver seamless project execution and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure projects are completed successfully and with high quality.

    • Conduct regular status reviews and update clients on project progress, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the process.

  3. Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and cultivate relationships to expand Maude Labs’ service offerings.

    • Prepare proposals, contracts, and pitches for new business, demonstrating how Maude Labs can help clients achieve their objectives.

    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects.

  4. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Provide regular status reports and updates to clients, highlighting campaign performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.

    • Monitor and analyze metrics to track the success of campaigns and marketing initiatives, using insights to guide strategic decisions.

    • Prepare quarterly and annual reviews with clients to evaluate strategy effectiveness and client satisfaction.

  5. Team Leadership:

    • Mentor and manage a team of junior account managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and other departments to ensure unified delivery of projects.

    • Lead brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to develop innovative solutions for clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role within a marketing agency.

  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and successful campaign executions.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

  1. Partnership Development and Management:

    • Identify, cultivate, and negotiate strategic partnerships with industry leaders, media outlets, brands, and influencers that align with Maude Labs’ vision and goals.

    • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and deliver on agreed-upon objectives.

    • Create partnership proposals, contracts, and reports to define partnership scopes, deliverables, and performance metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Creatives Manager at Maude Labs is responsible for leading and executing all branding and visual strategy. This role involves overseeing the development and production of innovative creative concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. The Creatives Manager will be the sole executor of creative projects, ensuring high-quality, cohesive creative assets across all channels. This position requires close collaboration with various departments, including marketing, communications, and product development, to ensure that all creative work reflects Maude Labs’ vision and drives engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Concept Development & Creation:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that reflect Maude Labs’ brand identity and messaging.

    • Create of visual assets, including graphics, videos, photography, and animations, for campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

    • Ensure all creative materials are cohesive, on-brand, and effectively convey the intended message to target audiences.

  2. Production Oversight:

    • Manage the production process, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time.

    • Work with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to produce high-quality creative content.

    • Review and approve all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet Maude Labs’ standards of excellence.

  3. Content Strategy and Implementation:

    • Develop and implement a content strategy that leverages various creative formats (e.g., video, infographics, blogs, social media posts) to engage and inform Maude Labs’ audience.
