Deanne is one of the personal branding clients we had the privilege of working with as she stepped into a new chapter of her professional life.
She came to us at an exciting inflection point, ready to fully own her voice and expand into leadership and organizational coaching after years of deep, hands-on experience in the tech and gaming industries.
The Challenge
Deanne is far from a newcomer. With a career that predates the iPhone era, her expertise runs deep and wide. The challenge was not credibility. It was how to communicate the depth of her experience in a way that felt current, engaging, and unmistakably her.
She wanted her brand to reflect not just her mastery, but also her personality: thoughtful, confident, and unapologetically dynamic.
Our task was to strike the right balance. The brand needed to feel professional and authoritative, with just enough spunk to reflect her character and lived experience.
Brand Objective
The goal was to create a personal brand that:
Reflects Deanne’s multidimensional identity across tech, leadership, and the arts
Balances structure with imagination
Feels bold and courageous without sacrificing depth or credibility
Provides a clear, repeatable system she can confidently use across platforms, products, and future projects
At the core of the brand was a clear purpose: to empower Deanne to show up fully, and in doing so, empower others to do the same.
The Creative Direction
From the beginning, Deanne was clear on one thing. Her brand should never feel boring or overly corporate.
We developed a visual and verbal direction that embraced personality while staying grounded in expertise. The creative concept was built around contrast:
Process and imagination
Structure and play
Technology and art

Visually, this came to life through a strong grid-based foundation layered with bold color accents from her brand palette. Icons and graphic elements subtly referenced her worlds, including tech, comics, coaching, creativity, and women’s empowerment, without overpowering the design.
The result was a system that feels intentional, expressive, and alive.
